This time I'm going to talk about a band called King Crimson.  This English band has an album that is considered a work of art called "The court of the crimson king". King Crimson is a rock progressive group  founded in London in 1968.

The music have many influences like: jazz, folk music, classical, psychodelic rock and hard rock.  I always be interested in rock progressive and love other bands who play the same way  like Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes, Rush.

King Crimson is special  to me because their music has the power to carry your mind to other levels, the music is a way to travel and dream.

I can't choose only one song because I like the whole album but "I talk to the wind" and "Epitaph" are so beautiful in so many ways. First the quality of the music and then the meaning of the songs.

It's my blog for English class

My name is Natalia Angélica Rivero Rivas,I never really liked my second name Angelica, because I believe that It's a very religious name and for that reason don´t  represent myself. My Grandmother it´s  a great believer, she persuades my mother and put me that name.

I was born in Santiago de Chile. Then I studied in a catholic school named: Madre Vicencia until 7th grade then my family had to move out where we lived and I finished my primary education in other school.

When I was in the school I always think that I was good for drawing. And for that reason I decided to studied Architecture in University of chile, but it was a  great mistake. Never be good enougth for numbers and the studies required a very logical and mathematical mind. I decided to change my career to Journalism even when my father don't like it. And in that moment I feel really fine whit my decision.

Finally I had to say that my favourite hobbie is music. I like to go a concert of rock and play the piano when I was time. I'm a person who likes animals, I had two dogs and I care to much for they, they always sleeps whit me.
